Don't forget about the breakfast because it is very important - it gives you the energy for the most intense part of the day and it also speeds up your metabolism for the rest of it. Don't eat when you are not hungry and you just trying to eat your stress with some sweets - it is the worst thing you could do. Remove sweets from products you eat. They increase the level on glucose in your blood and in the end the level of insuline increases. Insuline reduces the glucose level but it will make you feel very hungry - this can end with eating another sweet. Try also remove any sweet drinks like cola or juices from you diet, instead drink mineral water.

That kind of exercises will not only make you lose a couple of pounds but they will make you happier (because of hormone of happines endorphin which is released during workout), will increase your metabolism and for sure you will feel better. What is important is that you have to be systematic about exercises if you want to be successfull. You should try to workout 3 times a week for a miniumum 30 minutes.
